1. Services
Elena Fortin provides online piano lessons and RCM exam preparation services. Lessons are delivered remotely via video conference. Scheduling and pricing are agreed upon directly between the student and instructor.
2. Digital Products
Original piano solos and compositions available for purchase are digital downloads. All sales are final. Arrangements of copyrighted works are sold through Sheet Music Plus and are subject to their terms of sale.
3. Intellectual Property
All original compositions, arrangements, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Elena Fortin unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Elena Fortin Music is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or its services. Lessons and products are provided as-is.
